About The Author


Is dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and well– being by reaching their weight-loss goals and other wellness objectives. She began pursuing this passion about 15 years ago, when she was looking to get in shape herself. She became certified as a personal trainer shortly thereafter. While she was able to help many clients achieve success, she was unable to help everyone she encountered, because her title did not qualify her to deal with certain issues and situations.

Delving deeper into her passion, she went on to study nursing and learn more about what it takes for people with certain conditions to overcome the obstacles standing in their way of healthier living. Working as a registered nurse, she became intimately familiar with the nursing process and used it to develop her own unique approach to understanding and accomplishing weight loss.
